Please understand that we only accept returns of unopened products within 45 days after your receipt. You may cancel an order prior to shipment. Thereafter, as long as the plastic bag that protects the product inside the box is sealed, then please follow the process detailed here for each product. Return shipping is free of charge for customers in the continental United States.
If you want to return your Pillow or Seat Pad within 45 days of receipt, please log-in to your Technogel account, click on the Request a Return page and select the item you would like to return. If you checked-out as a guest, then complete the Request Return form on the site.
Please follow the instructions and allow Technogel customer service up to 2 business days to confirm the return. After confirmation, you will receive an e-mail containing a complimentary return shipping label for you to apply to the box. Please place the Technogel product that you would like to return in the box, affix the shipping label, and drop off the box at your nearest UPS location. All returns must be delivered to UPS prior to the expiration of the 45 days period.
The following conditions also apply to Product Returns
Once the returned item is received, you will be refunded the amount paid, minus shipping costs paid on the order.
If an item is returned in a condition that does not satisfy these communicated conditions, Technogel reserves the right to keep the product and withhold the refund or merchandise credit.
At this time, we cannot facilitate exchanges. In the event you decide you would like an alternate style or different product than what you ordered, please return the unwanted item(s) per the return process outlined above. You can place a new order for additional items through shop.technogelworld.com at any time.
When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” and via the carrier and with the associated fee applied as communicated and per your selection during the checkout process.
Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Technogel pass to you upon delivery of such Products (by Technogel or our manufacturer) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
